How is the planner structured?
It is organized by time horizons — year, quarter, and month — each one building on the last. This layered design helps you zoom out for vision and zoom in for action, without losing the link between them. Each section is about goal-setting, planning and reflecting.

What are OKRs?
OKRs stand for Objectives and Key Results. It is a goal-setting method first developed at Intel by Andy Grove, and later popularized by John Doerr in his book Measure What Matters. Today, OKRs are used by entrepreneurs, startups, and global companies alike to create clarity and focus:
- Objectives are inspiring, qualitative statements of what you want to achieve. They answer the question: “Where do we want to go?”
- Key Results are specific, measurable outcomes that show whether you’re getting there. They answer the question: “How will we know we have made progress?”

How much space is there to write?
Each prompt comes with half a A5 page dedicated to your response — with the flexibility to draw, diagram, or capture ideas however you like.
Do I have to complete it in order?
The planner is designed to flow from year → quarter → month, because each stage builds on the last. Begin with your yearly OKRs, then break them down into 3-month and 1-month focus points.
That said, you can jump in wherever you are in the year. If it’s already mid-year, start with the current quarter and month.

Our products are designed in Switzerland. Our manufacturing partner was carefully selected to ensure high quality and fair value.
